Richard Schmidt came to Concordia in 1996. He has undergraduate degrees and experience in elementary education and youth work, as well as Masters of Divinity from Concordia Seminary, St. Louis and advanced leadership training from the Pastoral Leadership Institute.
Richard has a passion to connect people to Jesus and help Jesus’ followers become the best they can be. That passion, joy, and energy flows from His own relationship with Jesus and His personal purpose in life, which is “to love God and others with all that I am, connecting them to Jesus and a joyful life.” |

| Michelle Schmidt |
| Choir Director/Leader of Praise Ministry | Michelle balances her role as clergy wife, mother of two young children, teacher of 2nd grade at Pilgrim Lutheran School and musician and director of the music ministry at Concordia Lutheran Church. She believes that God can use music to communicate His message and love and touch His people in a unique way. |

| Volunteer Ministries | Dorie joined Concordia in 1975 with her husband Rollie and son Dan. For the past 10 years she has been doing volunteer work in the church, preschool and community. Dorie's purpose is to identify volunteer opportunities for joyful service to Jesus, His church, His people and His world.

| Community Life Coordinator | Melissa made Concordia her church home in 1992. She has two teenagers in college, Andrés Alejandro and Elizabeth Rohde. She works three days a week as Director of Lutheran Hour Ministries Mexico located in Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico . The rest of the week she is at Concordia coordinating small group ministry and helping those at Concordia find the ministry they are passionate about. ¨"Concordia is a place to connect with Jesus, experience community and contribute to a better world." |
